Initial Screening Tiers
After filling the application form, the system classifies applicants into six initial tiers based on their score. Due to the high number of applicants, this is a necessary step to prioritize processing. This category also gives an overview of the applicant's current standing, however it does not determine the final decision. Once citizenship is granted, all citizens enjoy the same rights and benefits. Note: This is a preliminary classification, not a final decision.

System Rejection. Applicant profile triggers "Red Line" exclusions or fails the "Civilizational Compatibility" threshold.
Blue Tier
Talent Visa. Temporary status for young digital innovators. Probably a longer integration path required before naturalization.
Bronze Tier
Probationary Resident. Medium probability of being granted citizenship. Residency permit might be available with a security deposit.
Silver Tier

Gold Tier
Strategic Partner. Priority processing. Citizenship probably immediately granted with favorable offers.
Diamond Tier

Naturalization Process
The process consists of three separate stages designed to ensure that applicants meet all financial, legal and social requirements for citizenship.
